Dr. Phan is a family doctor in Alhambra, Los Angeles County.  His office is located 15 minutes east of downtown Los Angeles.

Dr. Phan's family practice provides free contraceptives, including emergency contraceptives, STD testings and treatment, pregnancy testings for income qualified reproductive individuals through the Family Pact program.

Dr. Phan's family practice also provides free periodic scheduled physicals and vaccines for uninsured, income qualified children under 19 year of age through the California CHDP program, and low cost vaccines for uninsured children through the VFC programs. Also through the CHDP gateway program, qualified children get immediate temporary medical services at no cost for 2 months.
