Commodities and raw materials are not glamorous goods.  However, they present a once-in-a-life time investment opportunity.

For twenty years, the prices of raw materials have since dropped from their highs in the early eighties.  With little expansion of production and increased demand from China, commodities and raw materials will experience a bull market in the next decade or so.

In stead of me trying to explain to you why commodities and raw materials' prices will increase in the future, please read an article by Jim Rogers, co-founder of Quantum Fund with George Soros (During the first 10 years while Jim Rogers was there, the portfolio gained more than 4000%, while the S&P rose less than 50%.; Soon after, Jim Rogers departed to start his "own business"), and author of Investment Biker and Adventure Capitalist, on the reasons behind why it is the time to invest in raw materials.
