Wendy has had more than 20 years of teaching experience.  She taught school children back when she was in China.  In the United States, she has taught both adults and children in Los Angeles and Orange County.

I am writing this letter on behalf of Wendy, who has been my Mandarin tutor for the past five months.

Because I have married into a Mandarin-speaking family, it has been very important for me to learn to speak this language. I tried taking classes at Pasadena City College and at Rio Hondo College but I found that these classes were a waste of time and money.

Wendy, however, has been an outstanding tutor and I feel that I have truly progressed in my ability to speak Mandarin in the short time that I have known her. It has been a wonderful experience and I look forward to my lessons each week.
