WORK HISTORY
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
2001- 2003 Teaching British born Chinese children, who could speak only
English and
some Cantonese, to speak Mandarin and write both traditional & simplified
Chinese. We started with Pin-Yin, and at the end of each session, they all
were able to communicate effectively in Chinese both in speaking & writing
Translating between Chinese & English to native Chinese speakers in an
international conference taking place at St. George’s Church, Leeds
Mentoring 11-14 year olds in biology and maths in a local school,
encouraging them to be more interested in science.
