Called Paypal Inc. on Friday June 22, 2007 at 1:30pm at their toll free number 1-888-221-1161.

Bobbie was on the line. Because I had an extremely bad experience with another Paypal representative who did know what she was doing, so from her tone, I could sense that she also was not very experienced at what she was dealing.

In order to save time, I asked her to transfer me to another customer service representative, then she was upset and lost her temper.

The problem I was experiencing was a little complicated, and I don't think she could solve it even if she tried to. But the part that she lost her temper would not be beneficial for the future business of Paypal.

All of my emails (11 of them) sent to Paypal were not read carefully, that's why I had to call in to speak with a person.

On the other hand, Valorie from Paypal who spoke with me today was extremely helpful, same thing for the other gentleman (forgot his name, sorry) who spoke with me yesterday (Thursday June 21, 2007).
