Diabetes occurs when the pancreas doesn't make enough or any of the hormone insulin, or when the insulin produced doesn't work effectively.

If you have diabetes, finding the cause would be essential for a treatment. If you follow your diet and follow appropriate treatment, your diabetes could be cured.
